ReLeafpack x Last Prisoner Project – Donation Terms & Conditions

Thank you for supporting the Last Prisoner Project (LPP) through your purchase with ReLeafpack. The following terms outline how your donation is handled and disbursed.

1. Donation Overview
A portion of proceeds from ReLeaf Collection sales is designated as a donation to the Last Prisoner Project, a national nonprofit dedicated to cannabis criminal justice reform.

2. Donation Handling
All donations collected through ReLeafpack (whether included in product sales or via a direct link on our site) are gathered by ReLeafpack and held in a secure account.

3. Quarterly Disbursement
ReLeafpack disburses collected donations to the Last Prisoner Project on a quarterly basis. This ensures efficient accounting, processing, and timely reporting.

4. Use of Donations
Once donations are transferred to the Last Prisoner Project, they are subject to LPP’s discretion and nonprofit guidelines. ReLeafpack does not direct or influence how donations are used after they are transferred.

5. Donation Confirmation
Because donations are pooled and sent in batches, individual donor names may not be shared with the Last Prisoner Project unless explicitly agreed upon. If you'd like confirmation of your contribution, feel free to reach out to us directly at info@releafpack.com

6. No Tax Receipt Provided
Please note: donations made through ReLeafpack as part of product purchases are not tax-deductible, as they are processed through our business rather than directly through a registered 501(c)(3). If you would like to make a tax-deductible donation, we encourage you to contribute directly via Last Prisoner Project's donation page.

7. Transparency Commitment
